1. Membership Scheme

Membership Benefits

1. Membership provides access to the benefits included within your chosen membership package for a period of 12 months from the date of commencement.
2. Members may book unlimited 30-minute GP consultations during the Membership Period. Appointments are subject to availability and our Fair Usage Policy. sk:INSPIRE Medical reserves the right to review excessive or inappropriate use of the service and, where necessary, recommend a more appropriate care pathway or withdraw membership if the service is being used beyond what is considered reasonable.
3. Members may book one standard GP appointment per day. Where a longer consultation is clinically appropriate, additional appointment time may be charged at the standard private consultation rate.
4. Members receive priority appointment booking, allowing access to the earliest available appointments ahead of non-members where possible. Whilst we aim to offer prompt appointments, we cannot guarantee appointments within a specific timeframe.
5. Members must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or where the patient fails to attend, may incur a £25 late cancellation or non-attendance fee.
6. Eligible memberships include a 15% discount on private blood tests performed by sk:INSPIRE Medical. This discount does not apply to third-party investigations, imaging services, laboratory fees outside our control, medications, referrals, procedures, or any other clinical services unless expressly stated.
7. Platinum Members are entitled to one Annual Comprehensive Health Check during each 12-month membership period. This assessment must be booked and completed during the active membership year and cannot be carried forward into a subsequent membership period or exchanged for cash or alternative services.
8. Membership numbers may be limited to ensure we continue to provide a high standard of patient care. sk:INSPIRE Medical reserves the right to refuse or defer new membership applications if capacity has been reached.
9. sk:INSPIRE Medical may introduce new membership products or promotional offers from time to time. These may have separate benefits and specific terms which will be provided at the time of purchase.
10. Children’s Membership is available for patients aged under 18 years at the commencement of the membership.
11. Family Membership covers up to four immediate family members living permanently at the same residential address. Additional family members may be added at the prevailing rate, subject to approval by sk:INSPIRE Medical.

2. Membership Pricing & Payments

1. Membership fees are payable annually in advance, unless an alternative payment option is introduced and confirmed by sk:INSPIRE Medical Membership fees are non-transferable and apply only to the named member(s).
2. If payment is not received by the due date, sk:INSPIRE Medical reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership benefits until payment has been received.
3. You have the right to cancel your membership within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided that no membership benefits or services have been used.
4. Following the 14-day cooling-off period, membership fees are non-refundable, including where the membership is cancelled before the end of the 12-month term.
5. Services not included within your membership package (including consultations exceeding the standard appointment length, medications, procedures, diagnostic imaging, specialist referrals and other chargeable services) will be charged at the current private rates and payment will be due at the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed.
6. Membership may be withdrawn immediately without refund where sk:INSPIRE Medical reasonably believes the membership has been used fraudulently, shared with another individual, or used in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
7. Membership cannot be transferred to another individual.
8. sk:INSPIRE Medical reserves the right to amend membership benefits where necessary due to changes in clinical practice, legislation, or operational requirements. Where possible, members will be provided with reasonable notice of any material changes.
9. If a Platinum Member repeatedly cancels or fails to attend their Annual Comprehensive Health Check with less than 24 hours’ notice, sk:INSPIRE Medical reserves the right to withdraw this benefit for the current membership year.
10. sk:INSPIRE Medical is responsible for administering the Membership Scheme but shall not be liable for loss or damage arising from services provided by independent third-party providers where members are referred externally.

3. Fair Usage Policy

Our memberships are designed to provide convenient access to high-quality healthcare throughout the year.

Although consultations are described as “unlimited”, this is subject to reasonable and appropriate use. We reserve the right to review membership usage where appointment frequency is considered excessive or where the membership is being used in place of services more appropriately delivered through secondary care, emergency services or another healthcare provider.

Where this occurs, we will discuss the situation with you and may recommend an alternative care pathway or, in exceptional circumstances, terminate your membership.

4. General Terms

• Membership benefits apply only while your membership remains active.
• Membership benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
• Prices and membership benefits may be reviewed periodically.
• All consultations remain subject to clinical assessment and professional judgement.
• Membership does not guarantee that treatment, investigations, prescriptions or referrals will be clinically appropriate.
